MECHANICAL SEALS FOR CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

 

ТМР and ТМР-П are single mechanical seals intended for sealing of mixer rotating shafts (of the chemical reactors and other equipment) that operate with liquids, the leakage of which into the environment is inadmissible. Their intended use, connection and overall dimensions comply with mechanical seals Т2 according to Branch Standard ОСТ 26-01-1243-81

2ТМР and 2ТМР-П are double liquid-sealed mechanical seals intended for sealing of shafts of equipment that operate with hazardous, explosive and combustible media. Their intended use, connection and overall dimensions comply with mechanical seals Т3 and Т4 according to Branch Standard ОСТ 26-01-1243-81

2ТМФ and 2 ТМФ-П are double mechanical seals with fluoroplastic secondary seals intended for sealing of shafts of equipment corrosion-resistant enamel coated. Their intended use, connection and overall dimension comply with mechanical seals Т5 and Т6 according to Branch Standard ОСТ 26-01-1243-81

ТБГ, ТБГ-П are non-contacting gas barrier mechanical seals intended for sealing of biochemical equipment shafts. Connection dimensions comply with mechanical seals Т1 and Т2 according to Branch Standard ОСТ 26-01-1243-81

2ТБГ and 2ТБГ-П are double non-contacting gas lubricated mechanical seals intended for sealing of device shafts that operate with the very hazardous, explosive and combustible media, the leakage of which is inadmissible into the environment. Connection dimension comply with mechanical seals Т3 and Т4 according to Branch Standard ОСТ 26-01-1243-81

Note. "П" is the version of mechanical seal with a bearing assembly

MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • shaft diameters: from 40 to 150 mm
  • maximum pressure of working medium: up to 35 kgf/cm2
  • rotational speed of the shaft: up to 5000 rpm
  • temperature of sealed medium: from minus 30 to 200 оС, with the thermal barrier
    on the shaft: up to 400оС

DESIGN FEATURES

  • cartridge design: easy mounted/dismounted
  • ease at mounting/dismounting: medium experienced personnel may perform these operations without special tools and appurtenances
  • spring are located outside of sealed medium
  • mechanical seals are hydrostatically tested at the test-bench prior to being delivered

MATERIALS USED

  • silicone carbide, silicified graphite, antifriction carbon-graphite
  • compounded rubber based on FKM, FFKM, EPDM
  • polymeric coated rubber rings
  • stainless steels 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 06ХН28МДТ.
